We are deeply passionate about empowering adolescents and adults. We founded this company to apply our skills to make a meaningful impact in peoples’ lives. Empowerment Coaching applies our therapy, personal coaching, and sports coaching skills and allow us to take the best of each of those areas to yield the greatest outcomes.

As parents and therapists, we noticed a disturbing trend within our community, our children aren’t being raised to be self-aware, self-confident adults. We are focused on addressing this issue by giving children and adults the tools they need to transition to or master adulthood successfully.

And because we like to have a good time…we made our programs not only effective but super fun and enjoyable. Because we know that everyone learns best when they have a smile on their face.
